ABOUT THE BREWERY

Stadium's brews are all hand crafted on site by acclaimed Brewmaster Greg Schneider. Greg combines classic beer styles with refreshing variations to create Stadium's unique and delicious brews. Greg's specialty brews are created with distinct flavors and complex richness which compliment our menu perfectly.

Our beer selection seasonally varies.

BLONDE LAGER
The Blonde Lager, Stadium's lightest beer on tap, has been lagered (aged) for eight weeks in order to produce a crisp, clean, lightly hopped, “easy drinking” beer. The Blonde's characteristically dry finish makes it a refreshing, thirst quenching lager.

CHOCOLATE PORTER
Our Chocolate Porter is a dark, hearty, brew. A combination of chocolate malt and cacao powder makes this beer as rich and creamy as it is smooth.

PALE ALE
Stadium's Pale Ale is a flavorful, hoppy, American-style ale. It's “dry hopped” with fresh hop flowers in order to produce a beer with an intense floral aroma that resonates with the Pale's signature subtle crisp finish.

PUMPKIN ALE
The Pumpkin Ale is a caramel colored, light bodied, seasonal ale fermented with pumpkin pie spices. The warm, rich aromas of cinnamon and nutmeg make this ale a popular fall favorite.

AMBER ALE
Full bodied, malty, moderately hopped, and sweetly finished, Stadium's distinctive Amber Ale is guaranteed to satisfy the widest spectrum of beer loving palates.

ENGLISH SMOOTH ALE
A copper colored, flavorful, light bodied beer, the English Smooth Ale is everything that it's name implies. Nitrogen gas gives this ale a rich, smooth, and creamy finish. Not too light and not too dark, this ale suits any beer-drinking occasion.

HEFEWEIZEN
Our Hefeweizen is a golden colored, effervescent, lightly hopped, unfiltered, wheat beer typically brewed during the spring and summer months. A hint of banana clove, the natural byproduct of the brewing process, makes this beer both mellow and refreshing.

BOHEMIAN PILSNER
The Bohemian Pilsner is a light to medium bodied, golden colored, highly hopped lager. Originally brewed in Pilzen, Czechoslovakia, the Pilsner is characterized by its hoppy aroma and clean, crisp finish.

MARZEN
The Marzen is an amber colored, malty, medium hopped, mildly sweet, traditional “Oktoberfest” lager. Originally the final product of the brewing year, Marzen can now be enjoyed any time of year.

OATMEAL STOUT
Stadium's Oatmeal Stout is a variation on the traditional stout. We have added oatmeal to our brew in order to increase the fullness of body and flavor in our stout. The result of this mixture produces a creamy, silky texture not found in any other beers.

ESB (EXTRA SPECIAL BITTER)
An ESB is a full bodied, copper–red colored, slightly stronger version of a traditional pale ale. The bitter that we brew is a moderately hopped, lightly carbonated, malty, robust ale. Don't let the name fool you…this is one of our most easy drinking beers and is a perennial favorite.

FRUIT ALES
During the course of the year, Stadium brews a multitude of fruit flavored ales. Blueberry and Raspberry ales are typically brewed during the fall and winter. Peach and Apricot ales are some of our favorite spring and summer brews. As a whole, our fruit ales are light in body, slightly sweet, and infused with the juices of fresh seasonal berries. For an extra special touch of flair and flavor, our seasonal ales are garnished with fresh fruit.
